Ingredients
-1/3 cup chia seeds
-1 Scoop protein powder
-3 servings (600ml) Appleberry Breeze Smoothie blend (I used coconut milk as a liquid but any plant milk is fine)
-Optional: sweeten with maple syrup or other liquid sweetener

Instructions
1. Shake up berry blend smoothie
2. Stir together with the chia seeds and the protein powder
3. Leave to rest for 15 min, then stir. Let rest in the fridge overnight or until the chia pudding has thickened (1-3 hours)
4. Garnish with nut granola and berries for a smoothie bowl or cashew butter, maple syrup, and shredded coconut for a smoothie jar (on-the-go).
5. Eat! Or spoon into smaller jars for a yummy on-the-go breakfast 💥
