Appleberry Breeze Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a simple, nutritious, and versatile recipe perfect for busy mornings or a post-workout snack. With the fruity goodness of our Appleberry Breeze Smoothie Blend, a scoop of protein powder, and creamy plant-based milk, this chia pudding is packed with nutrients and flavor. Customize it with your favorite toppings for a satisfying treat!


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup (50g) chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (0ptional)
  • 600ml (3 servings) Appleberry Breeze Smoothie Blend (coconut milk works great, but any plant-based milk will do!)
  • Optional: Sweeten to taste with maple syrup or another liquid sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Base:
    Start by shaking up your Appleberry Breeze Smoothie Blend to ensure it’s well mixed.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    In a bowl, stir together the chia seeds, protein powder, and smoothie blend. Mix thoroughly to prevent clumps.
  3. Let It Rest:
    Allow the mixture to sit for 15 minutes, then stir again to evenly distribute the seeds. Place it in the fridge to rest overnight or for at least 1–3 hours, until the chia pudding thickens to your liking.
