Boosted Sea Moss Smoothie

Looking for a refreshing, nutrient-packed smoothie that’s as delicious as it is healthy? This Caribbean Punch Sea Moss Smoothie has the perfect balance of sweet and savory, with a zesty kick of ginger and lemon. It’s a great way to nourish your body while satisfying your taste buds! This smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals, and a touch of tropical flair!


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 4 tsp Caribbean Punch Smoothie Powder
  • 150 mL water (add more if needed for consistency)
  • Lemon juice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    Start by peeling and chopping the carrot and ginger into smaller pieces. Add them, along with the banana, Caribbean Punch Smoothie Powder, water, and a splash of lemon juice, into your blender.
  2. Achieve the Perfect Texture:
    Blend everything together for 1–2 minutes. Since carrots and ginger are firmer ingredients, ensure everything is smooth and well-combined. If the texture isn’t quite right, blend for an additional 15 seconds, then check again. Add a little extra water if needed.
  3. Serve and Enjoy:
    Once you’ve achieved a creamy consistency, pour your smoothie into a glass. Add some ice cubes for an extra chill if you’re in the mood, and enjoy the refreshing burst of flavors!
